Hello! I’m so glad you found me.

My name is Rae and I’m a yoga teacher based in North London teaching asana-based classes online and in-person. My aim is to pass on the gifts of yoga to people in my community who are suffering from stress and anxiety.

I’m sensitive to how yoga spaces tend to cater to slim, white, flexible women. That’s why I aim to create warm, balanced classes for all kinds of yogis. I specialise in teaching beginners, helping people to build a caring relationship with their own body. You can find a testimonial from one such student below.
